On behalf of myself and my family, we just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU!!! for all the wonderful work Paul and the Excel Dog Training Team have helped us accomplish with what used to be, our 2 little 18 month old Terrorist Jack Russell Terriers Jacko & Frankie.
Before contacting the Excel team we were at our wits end, and had a whole list of issues ranging from Barking constantly at the neighbours kids on the trampoline, going off every time someone would walk by the front door, excessive barking every time we would leave the house, just to name a few!!!
As we have a pretty busy lifestyle with work, kids sports etc, we wanted to find a trainer that would come to us, when it it suited us. We contacted Excel and within the hour we had a time arranged to get started with our trainer Paul Andryc that same week.
On our first lesson, Paul sat down with the whole family and tailored an entire program around our busy lifestyle. He assured us that we would begin to see results within days, providing we stuck to the plan and kept everyone on the same page.
Without fail, we started to see improvement almost straight away, and Jacko & Frankie almost looked like they were relieved to be receiving direction and leadership from the family. The training techniques were really simple and easy to follow, and not only have we seen an improvement in the amount of control we have with our 2 little boys, but our relationship in general has improved out of site since commencing the training.
We would highly recommend Paul and the Excel crew to anyone looking for a trainer that will go the extra mile to help you not only achieve the best possible results, but help you create a better relationship with your dogs.
